Rajesh Purushothaman
CEO and Founder
Rajesh Purushothaman is the CEO and founder of Pantheon Inc., an enterprise class software automation and integration company. Rajesh has a proven executive management track record, with over 23 years of experience driving innovation, and pioneering in the NO CODE based software Integration movement, process automation and real-time distributed computing architectures.
Prior to founding Pantheon Inc., Rajesh was an early employee of Teknekron Software Systems, Inc., which built the first ever real-time messaging middleware platform. Teknekron Software Systems was later funded by Reuters and became TIBCO. Rajesh played key management and technical roles in positioning TIBCO’s product, TIB as the primary messaging middleware platform in the Oil and Gas and Utilities industries. Prior to TIBCO, Rajesh led R&D programs for Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC) with researchers and academicians from University of Pennsylvania and Stanford University, on foundation software technologies that paved the way for visual programming, codeless software design methodologies, and the whole NO CODE based application development movement.

Dan Spaventa is Vice President – Head of Sales. In his current role, Dan is responsible for driving Odyssey’s go-to-market strategy to achieve corporate growth goals, while bringing innovative ideas and solutions to address market challenges.
Dan offers a unique blend of sales management, financial management, market development, product development, practice leadership and operations/delivery management experience delivering top and bottom-line results to his clients. His 30+ years of experience includes more than two decades of specialized expertise in Business and Strategy. Dan was an SVP at NIIT Technologies, responsible for driving success at its largest client across the IT, BPO and IMS solution sets. His tenure also includes experience at Wipro Technologies, SEI and Mars Electronics/ M&M Mars, Inc.
Dan holds a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from Drexel University in Philadelphia and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
Sunil Anand
Vice President – Global Services
Sunil Anand is Vice President – Global Services. In this role, Sunil is responsible for vision, strategy development, and go to market approach for Pantheon’s Professional Services Business Unit. He is also responsible for aligning the Professional Services organizational structure with the overall business strategy as well as driving a close working relationship with various business units at Pantheon.
Sunil joined Pantheon in 2001 and has more than 25 years of experience in sales, marketing and account management, specifically in the consumer electronics, automobile and Technology services industries with companies such as Sony, Toyota and Jardine Matheson.
Sunil earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Central Queensland University in Rockhampton, Australia and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Bangalore University in Bangalore, India.
Anin Mathen
Chief Technology Officer
Anin Mathen in his role as Chief Technology Officer is responsible for the technology vision, roadmap and development strategy for Pantheon’s product and solution suite, including its flagship product Odyssey. In addition, Anin oversees the R&D efforts that keep Pantheon and Odyssey constantly innovating and ahead of the curve in an ever-disruptive digital transformation landscape.
Anin is one of the founding group of employees for Pantheon and original contributors to Odyssey. He has more than twenty-three years of Technology, Management and Customer engagement experience in Digital Process Automation, Business Process Modelling, Application Design & Development and DevOps implementations with very large scale, complex organizations around the world such as A. P. Moller - Maersk and LEC A/S (now an IBM Company).
Anin has a Master of Science degree in Information Technology from the University of Maryland, University College and a Bachelors in Engineering from Karnatak University, India.
